At the end of 2023, I put together The Wise Annual Review resource to guide you through a few questions to reflect on.
This allowed you to extract wisdom over the last year and plan for the next year.
As we approach the mid-point of 2024, I want to encourage you to reflect on 2 things:
How the first half of the year has gone
How you’d like the second half of the year to go
Here are 2 Activities to Make the Most of This Year.

📚 What’s Your Story of 2024?
This is your encouragement to write a story.
Not a full-blown novel, though if you want to… go for it!
There’s 2 parts to this:
What are the key narratives from the last 6 months?
What do you foresee the key narratives being for the next 6 months?
The benefit of this is that it encourages us to identify what is most important in our lives, and develop the muscle of storytelling.
This activity has been inspired in part by Matthew Dick’s Storyworthy.

🎆 What Will You Be Celebrating?
Let’s take a moment to pause and imagine.
Picture yourself at the end 2024.
You’re raising a glass with your loved ones, toasting the things that you have each achieved this year.
What are they cheersing with you about?
What is the thing that they are celebrating with you about?
Now that we’ve done that imagination exercise, let’s reflect on a few questions:
Are you on track to celebrate that achievement in 6 months’ time?
What actions do you need to take to make sure that happens?
Who would you like to be celebrating with?
Let’s get intentional and make sure that this celebration happen!
