As I’ve been working as much as I can with my day-job, then resting in the evenings, I have not has as much time to work on Wisdom Made Easy and the WISER Newsletter as I would have liked.
So here are 3 quick reminders for you to consider as we enter the busy festive period.
💝 1. Self-Care Is a Necessity, Not a Luxury
Your health and wellbeing are fundamentally important.
Consider reflecting on:
Do I have days in my diary over the next few weeks to rest?
How can I do more of the activities that energise me?
How can I do less of the activities that drain me?
🌱 2. A Healthy Mindset is Nurtured
No one was born with a healthy mindset.
It is nurtured over time when we’re grounded in the right things.
This will look different for everyone, but here are the ingredients that help me to have a healthy mindset:

Now take a moment to think about you and your healthy mindset:
What things do you need to have a healthy mindset?
Do you feel like you have a healthy mindset at the moment?
What is 1 activity you can do over the next week to cultivate a healthy mindset?

If you’re feeling under the weather like me, then I have some good news for you.
And if you’re not unwell, then I have some bad news for you.

Your perspective influences how you experience the world.
What are the things that you’re experiencing that you don’t want to end?
What are the things that you are experiencing in life that you can’t wait to be over?

Here you’d usually find some questions to journal about that are relevant to the newsletter topic.
Instead, today I would encourage you to look at the questions that I’ve asked throughout the issue and answer them for yourself!

Usually in this section I would recommend a couple of products or services that I believe will help you to get wiser.
But as you are likely already overwhelmed with all of the advertisements of Black Friday savings, I’ll give you a rest from that this week.
